El Compañero
A tequila and beer drink with jalapeño-infused tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, chipotle hot sauce, salt, and cilantro, topped with dark Mexican lager. It is tart, off-dry, and moderately strong at about 14% ABV.

Shake all the ingredients (except the beer) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with Negra Modelo. Garnish with the cilantro sprig and serve with a straw.
